Dr. Nancy Argano earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Biology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She received her doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University - College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she graduated with clinical and professional honors.
While in Optometry school, Dr. Argano completed her externship training at the world-renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida where she trained alongside some of the world’s leading experts in eye care.
Dr. Argano’s clinical expertise and interests include contact lens management and the treatment and management of ocular disease including corneal diseases, dry eyes, cataracts, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and diabetes.
Dr. Argano was inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. She was the recipient of the GP lens institute Award for Clinical Excellence in the fitting of GP contact lenses. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and the American Optometric Association.
