The The FDA has approved the first trifocal lens for cataract surgery patients in the United States - Acrysof IQ PanOptix Trifocal IOL

PanOptix are unique because they engineered with proprietary Enlighten technology. A non-sequential diffractive order approach focused for intermediate vision without compromising near and distance vision.

It's also the only single lens design with a 40 cm near and 60 cm intermediate focal point.
